  • Monthly team experiential sessions to build team effectiveness and transformational leadership skills
  • Individual deep-dive development assessments and development plans for team members
  • Monthly executive coaching sessions for each team member
  • Additional coaching and guidance for the team’s leader and HR partner

High-Performing Leadership Team Program

12 x fortnightly / monthly sessions

Our High-Performing Leadership Team program is an intensive series of sessions focusing on your team’s working dynamics. Our senior Business or Organisational Psychologist will coach your team in real-time as it works on its most important challenges and projects.

Executive Leadership Team Troubleshooting
