LEADER DEVELOPMENT

We work with established executives wanting to fine-tune their skills and style at the top as well as with leaders taking on new or increased leadership responsibilities. At the core of all of our Leader Development programs are our evidence-based Changing Self, Changing Others, and Changing Culture development modules.

Executive Coaching

3 – 12 months

Our Executive Coaching programs are genuinely transformational for leaders because they are informed by the science of how to change mindsets, habits, and behaviours.

Each Executive Coaching program is tailored to the individual leader and includes:

  • Initial briefings and interviews to understand the leader’s skills and goals
  • Goal-setting and alignment sessions with the leader and their boss
  • Psychometric assessments, if useful, for building insight
  • Regular one-on-one executive coaching sessions
  • Joint sessions with the leader and their boss to track progress

Some Executive Coaching engagements are short-lived, very targeted, and intensively regular. Other engagements are longer, less regular, and focused on maintenance or gradual and subtle development. Transformational Leader Development Intensive

9 – 12 months + follow-up and evaluation

Our bespoke Transformational Leader Intensive program gives an executive the insight and skills to be a successful leader of organisational culture and transformation. We have worked 1:1 with nearly 2,000 leaders in this way.

The Transformational Leader Intensive is designed with evidenced-based principles of transformational leadership and focuses on building the personal and interpersonal skills required to lead people effectively through change.

Our senior Business or Organisational Psychologist will help you tailor the program to the leader’s needs. The key program elements are:

  • Initial briefings and interviews to understand the leader’s skills and goals
  • Deep-dive development assessment, summary report, and development plan
  • Structured developmental experiences negotiated with the leader’s boss and HR
  • Regular executive coaching sessions to personalise content and provide development support
  • Joint sessions with the leader and their boss to set goals and track progress
  • Pre- and post-program evaluation measures
