Iain is a registered Psychologist with 20 years’ experience in the fields of executive selection assessment, executive coaching, and leadership and culture development. He has individually assessed or coached well over one-thousand leaders from all around the world.
Iain has become a trusted advisor to the boards and executives of the many Australian and international organisations that engage him. Across Asia – as well as in the U.S. and U.K., he helps them to select and develop their senior leaders. He also works with their individuals and executive teams as they face the complex challenge of growing their business and adapting their leadership culture to compete successfully in diverse geographies.
Iain is a guest lecturer in the assessment of competency, intelligence, and personality at the University of Sydney – where he is also a PhD candidate researching the ‘Bamboo Ceiling’ phenomenon. He is also a board-accredited Supervisor of provisionally registered Psychologists in Australia.
